Section

information

equipment,
services,
and
projects.

(3)
Other
technological
improvements
approved
by
the

judicial
branch.

(4)
Electronic
legal
research
equipment,
systems,
and

projects.

(5)
The
study,
development,
and
implementation
of
other
13
innovations
and
projects
that
would
improve
the
administration
14
of
justice.

(6)
Capital
improvements
necessitated
by
the
installation
16
of
or
connection
with
the
Iowa
court
information
system,
the
17
Iowa
communications
network,
or
other
like
networks.

c.
The
fund
shall
be
separate
from
the
general
fund
of
19
the
state
and
the
balance
in
the
fund
shall
not
be
considered
20
part
of
the
balance
of
the
general
fund
of
the
state.

Notwithstanding
section
8.33,
moneys
in
the
fund
shall
not

revert
to
the
general
fund.
Notwithstanding

TRANSFER

FUNDS.
Any
unobligated

the
enhanced

end
of
the
fiscal

year
beginning
July
1,
2017,
and
ending
June
30,
2018,
shall
be

transferred
to
the
court
technology
and
modernization
fund.
