Section
1.
Section
99D.19,
Code
2017,
is
amended
by
adding
1
the
following
new
subsection:

SUBSECTION
.
3.
The
records
of
the
commission
shall
be

governed
by
the
provisions
of
chapter
22,
provided
that,
in
4
addition
to
records
that
may
be
kept
confidential
pursuant
to
5
section
22.7,
the
following
records
provided
by
a
licensee
to
6
the
commission
shall
be
kept
confidential,
unless
otherwise
7
ordered
by
a
court,
by
the
lawful
custodian
of
the
records,
or
8
by
another
person
duly
authorized
to
release
such
information:

a.
Promotional
play
receipts
records.
10
b.
Patron
and
customer
records.
11
c.
Surveillance
records.
12
d.
Security
reports
and
network
audits.
13
e.
Internal
control
and
compliance
records.
14
f.
Employee
records.
15
g.
Marketing
expenses.
16
h.
Supplemental
schedules
to
the
certified
audit,
except
for
17
those
books
and
records
as
described
in
subsection
1
of
this
18
section,
that
are
obtained
by
the
commission
in
connection
with
19
the
annual
audit
under
section
99D.20.

information
specifically
requested
for
inspection
by

the
commission
or
a
representative
of
the
commission.

2.
Section
99F.12,
subsection
3,
Code
2017,
is
amended

to
read
as
follows:

The

the
examination,
publication,
and

dissemination
of

and

by
