“Unmanned
aerial
vehicle”
means
a
vehicle

device

forces
to
achieve
flight
and
is
piloted

remotely.

A
person
shall
not
operate
an
unmanned
aerial
vehicle

knowing
that
the
unmanned
aerial
vehicle
is
operating
in,
on,

above

facility
and
any
contiguous
real
property
comprising

the
surrounding
grounds
of
the
facility,
unless
the
unmanned

aerial
vehicle
is
operated
by
a
law
enforcement
agency
or
the

permission

to
operate
