S.F. 2269 Section 1. Section 216A.133A, subsection 2, Code 2016, is 1 amended to read as follows: 2 2. The purpose of the board is to provide the general 3 assembly with an analysis of current and proposed criminal code 4 provisions and to provide research and make recommendations 5 about violence causation and prevention to local communities 6 throughout the state . 7 Sec. 2. Section 216A.133A, subsection 3, Code 2016, is 8 amended by adding the following new paragraph: 9 NEW PARAGRAPH . e.
