S.F. 206 Section 1. Section 321.37, subsection 3, Code 2015, is 1 amended to read as follows: 2 3. It is unlawful for the owner of a vehicle to place any 3 frame around or over the registration plate which does not 4 permit full view of all the validation sticker, the combination 5 of numerals and letters printed on the registration plate which 6 constitutes the registration plate number, and the name of the 7 state, province, territory, country, or other jurisdiction that 8 issued the registration plate . 9 -1- SF 206 (4) 86 ns/nh/jh 1/ 1
