H.F. 2410 Section 1. Section 335.15, subsection 2, Code 2014, is 1 amended to read as follows: 2 2. To hear and decide special exceptions to the terms of 3 the ordinance upon which such board is required to pass under 4 such ordinance , unless procedures to hear and decide special 5 exceptions are otherwise provided by ordinance . 6 Sec. 2. Section 414.12, subsection 2, Code 2014, is amended 7 to read as follows: 8 2.
