  1  1    Section 1.  Section 99B.8, Code 2007, is amended by adding
  1  2 the following new subsection:
  1  3    NEW SUBSECTION.  6.  Notwithstanding any provision of
  1  4 section 99B.7 to the contrary, if the games are conducted by a
  1  5 qualified organization issued a license pursuant to subsection
  1  6 3 that represents volunteer emergency services providers as
  1  7 described in section 100B.31, the sponsor may award cash
  1  8 prizes to any participant in any game of skill, game of
  1  9 chance, or card game lawfully conducted during the annual game
  1 10 night in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars per game,
  1 11 with a maximum of five hundred dollars awarded to a
  1 12 participant for all games during the annual game night.
