  1  1    Section 1.  Section 249J.14, subsection 7, Code 2007, is
  1  2 amended to read as follows:
  1  3    7.  DENTAL HOME FOR CHILDREN.  By July 1, 2008 December 31,
  1  4 2010, every recipient of medical assistance who is a child
  1  5 twelve years of age or younger shall have a designated dental
  1  6 home and shall be provided with the dental screenings, and
  1  7 preventive care identified in the oral health standards
  1  8 services, diagnostic services, treatment services, and
  1  9 emergency services as defined under the early and periodic
  1 10 screening, diagnostic, and treatment program.
