allocated.
The
bill

such
allocations

The
bill
provides

that
beginning
in
FY
2026-2027,

the
moneys
appropriated

for
purposes

achievement
and

quality

program,
the
final
priority
for
the
allocation
is
$10
million

implementing
the
supplemental
assistance
for

COURT
REPORTER
EQUIPMENT
GRANT
PROGRAM.
The
bill

establishes
a
court
reporter
equipment
grant
program
and

requires
the
college
student
aid
commission
to
administer
the

program.
A
person
is
eligible
to
apply
for
a
grant
award
under
27
the
grant
program
if
the
person
is
enrolled
in
a
court
reporter
28
training
program
in
this
state.
A
recipient
of
a
grant
under
29
the
grant
program
must
use
the
moneys
awarded
by
the
college
30
student
aid
commission
for
the
purchase
of
court
reporter
31
equipment
and
software
for
the
court
reporter
training
program
32
in
which
the
recipient
is
participating.
The
bill
requires
the

college
student
aid
commission
to
adopt
rules
to
administer
the

grant
program.
