the
board
shall
not
issue
a

temporary
license
to
practice
as
a
professional
land
surveyor.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
relates
to
the
licensure
of
professional
land

surveyors.
The
bill
requires
an
applicant
for
licensure
as
a
14
professional
land
surveyor
to
pass
an
examination
specific
to
15
the
laws
of
this
state.
The
bill
prohibits
the
engineering
and
16
land
surveying
examining
board
from
issuing
a
temporary
license
17
to
practice
as
a
professional
land
surveyor.
