commissioner

adopt

part
of
the
state

code
a
prohibition
on
the
required
installation
of

a
fire
protection
sprinkler
system
in
a
series
of
attached

single-family
residences
consisting
of
eighteen
thousand
square

feet
or
less.

A
local
building
regulation
shall
not
require
the

of
a
fire
protection
sprinkler
system
in
a
series

attached
single-family
residences
consisting
of
eighteen

requires
the
state
building
code
commissioner
to

less.
The
bill
also
prohibits
a

regulation
from
requiring
the
installation
of

a

sprinkler
system
in
a
series
of
attached

single-family
residences
consisting
of
18,000
square
feet
or

less.
