inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of

assembly.

bill
extends,
by
three
years,
the
deadline
for
entering

into
withholding
agreements
under
the
targeted
jobs
withholding

credit
pilot
project
from
June
30,
2027,
to
June
30,
2030.
