Current
law
provides
that
a
person
commits
intimidation
with

a
dangerous
weapon
when
a
person
shoots,
throws,
launches,

or
discharges
a
dangerous
weapon
at,
into,
or
in
a
building,

vehicle,
airplane,
railroad
engine,
railroad
car,
or
boat,
30
occupied
by
another
person,
or
within
an
assembly
of
people.

The
bill
provides
that
a
person
commits
a
class
“C”
felony

when
the
person,
with
the
intent
to

or

years
and
a
fine
of
at
least
$1,025
but
not
13
more
than
$10,245.
