S.F. 103 Section 1. NEW SECTION . 148.15 Code of medical ethics —— 1 adoption. 2 The board shall adopt rules pursuant to chapter 17A to 3 implement the most recent version of the American medical 4 association’s code of medical ethics. The board shall adopt 5 rules to implement this section no later than July 1, 2026. 6 EXPLANATION 7 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 8 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 9 This bill requires the board of medicine (board) to adopt 10 rules as necessary to adopt the most recent version of the 11 American medical association’s code of medical ethics.
