Senate Concurrent Resolution 101 - Introduced SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 101 BY KLIMESH A Concurrent Resolution to approve and confirm the 1 appointment of Bernardo Granwehr as Ombudsman. 2 WHEREAS, chapter 2C provides for the appointment of 3 the Ombudsman with the approval and confirmation of 4 a constitutional majority of both the Senate and the 5 House of Representatives; and 6 WHEREAS, the Legislative Council appointed Mr. 7 Bernardo Granwehr as Ombudsman for a four-year term 8 commencing July 1, 2026, subject to approval and 9 confirmation of the appointment by resolution of the 10 Senate and House of Representatives; NOW THEREFORE, 11 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE, THE HOUSE OF 12 REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING, That Mr. Bernardo Granwehr 13 is approved and confirmed as Ombudsman for a four-year 14 term which commences July 1, 2026, as provided in 15 sections 2C.3 and 2C.5. 16 -1- LSB 5722XS (1) 91 sc/ns 1/ 1
