bill

for

commonly
referred
to
as
the

bottle
bill.

bill
expands
the
definition
of
“beverage”
to
include

a
noncarbonated
soft
drink
that
is
similar
to
other
included

beverages,
packaged
in
a
metal
can,
in
liquid
form,
and

intended
for
human
consumption.
The
expanded
definition

requires
beverage
containers
that
are
metal
cans
containing
23
noncarbonated
soft
drinks
that
are
similar
to
other
beverages,
24
in
liquid
form,
and
intended
for
human
consumption
to
indicate
25
and
be
redeemable
for
the
refund
value
provided
in
Code
section
26
455C.2.
