H.F. 806 Section 1. Section 147.1, subsection 5, Code 2025, is 1 amended by adding the following new paragraph: 2 NEW PARAGRAPH . g. A statewide nonprofit organization that 3 is an organ procurement organization, as “organ procurement 4 organization” is defined in section 142C.1. 5 EXPLANATION 6 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 7 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 8 This bill amends the definition of peer review committee by 9 adding a statewide organization that is an organ procurement 10 organization. 11 -1- LSB 2152HV (1) 91 lh/ko 1/ 1
