this

This
bill
relates
to
limitations
on
the
sale
and
regulation

of
consumer
fireworks.

The
bill
allows
for
consumer
fireworks
to
be
sold
from
a
29
permanent
structure
at
any
time
throughout
the
year.
Current

law
prohibits
the
sale
of
fireworks
from
a
permanent
structure
31
on
dates
other
than
between
June
1
and
July
8
and
between
32
December
10
and
January
3.
The
bill
does
not
amend
the
current
33
restriction
on
the
sale
of
fireworks
from
a
temporary
structure

(June
13
to
July
8).
