bill
relates
to
limitations
on
the
sale
and
use
of

consumer
fireworks.

The
bill
allows
for
consumer
fireworks
to
be
sold
from
a

permanent
structure
at
any
time
throughout
the
year.
Current

law
prohibits
the
sale
of
fireworks
from
a
permanent
structure

on
dates
other
than
between
June
1
and
July
8
and
between
9
December
10
and
January
3.
The
bill
does
not
amend
the
current
10
restriction
on
the
sale
of
fireworks
from
a
temporary
structure
11
(June
13
to
July
8).

The
bill
allows
for
the
use
or
explosion
of
consumer
13
fireworks
on
the
date
of
the
general
election
on
the
first
14
Tuesday
after
the
first
Monday
in
November
of
even-numbered

years,
