is
amended
by
adding

following
new
subsection:

“Epinephrine
delivery
system”
means
a

device
for
immediate
self-administration
or
administration
by

another
trained
individual
of
a
measured
dose
of
epinephrine

to
a
person
at
risk
of
anaphylaxis,
including
epinephrine

auto-injectors
and
epinephrine
nasal
sprays.

bill

systems

The
bill
defines
“epinephrine

delivery
system”
as
a
device
for
immediate
self-administration

or
administration
by
another
trained
individual
of
a
measured

of
epinephrine
to
a
person
at
risk
of
anaphylaxis,

including
epinephrine
auto-injectors
and
epinephrine
