bill
prohibits
school
districts,
charter
schools,
and

innovation
zone
schools
from
providing
any
program,
curriculum,

test,
survey,
questionnaire,
promotion,
or
instruction
relating

to
gender
theory
or
sexual
orientation
instruction
to
students
28
in
grades
7
through
12,
extending
the
current
prohibition
that
29
applies
to
such
students
in
kindergarten
through
grade
6.
