1.
The
report
used
by
medical
examiners
for
investigations
4
of
infants
zero
to
three
years
of
age
shall
include
a
request
5
for
information
regarding
the
date
and
type
of
the
decedent’s
6
last
immunization.
If
the
decedent
received
more
than
7
one
immunization
at
the
time
of
the
last
immunization,
the
8
information
provided
shall
include
all
immunizations
received.

2.
The
state
medical
examiner
shall
adopt
rules
pursuant
to
10
chapter
17A
to
comply
with
this
section.

EXPLANATION
12
The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with
13
the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
requires
the
report
used
by
medical
examiners
for
15
investigations
of
infants
zero
to
three
years
of
age
shall
16
include
a
request
for
information
regarding
the
date
and
17
type
of
the
decedent’s
last
immunization.
If
the
decedent
18
received
more
than
one
immunization
at
the
time
of
the
last
19
immunization,
the
information
provided
shall
include
all
20
immunizations
received.
The
bill
requires
the
state
medical

examiner
to

bill.
