H.F. 2027 Section 1. Section 423.3, subsection 68, paragraph a, 1 subparagraph (1), Code 2026, is amended to read as follows: 2 (1) The sales price of the article is less than one two 3 hundred dollars. 4 EXPLANATION 5 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 6 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 7 This bill increases the limitation on the sales price for 8 an item to qualify for purchase during the sales tax holiday 9 from $100 to $200.
