S.F. _____ Section 1. Section 280.33, subsection 5, Code 2024, is 1 amended by adding the following new paragraph: 2 NEW PARAGRAPH . e. Permitting coaching staff and personnel 3 from accessing locker rooms before, during, or after athletic 4 events or practices. 5 EXPLANATION 6 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 7 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 8 Current law prohibits a person from entering a multiple 9 occupancy restroom or changing area that does not correspond 10 with the person’s sex, with some exceptions.
