educational
institution

its
cooperating
programs
in
a
psychiatric
setting.

One
year
of
work
experience
which
included
providing

occupational
therapy
services
in
a
psychiatric
setting
as
a
14
primary
duty.

adds
to
the
definition
of

purposes
of

(disclosure

information)
an
individual

who
is
an

therapist
licensed
in
Iowa
who
has

completed
either
a
supervised
clinical
practicum
experience

relating
to
occupational
therapy
from
an
accredited
educational

institution
or
its
cooperating
programs
in
a
psychiatric

setting
or
one
year
of
work
experience
which
included
providing

occupational
therapy
services
in
a
psychiatric

a
