Live
electrical
wire.

An
emergency
vehicle
or
active
warning
lights
shall
be

required
as
soon
as
practicable
at
the
site
of
a
live
downed

electrical
wire.

EFFECTIVE
DATE.
This
Act,
being
deemed
of
immediate

importance,
takes
effect
upon
enactment.
