S.F. 373 Section 1. ADULT DAY CARE PROVIDERS —— MEDICAID 1 REIMBURSEMENT. For the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, 2 reimbursement rates under the Medicaid program for adult 3 day care providers who provide services to Medicaid waiver 4 recipients shall be increased by three and fifty-five 5 one-hundredths percent over the rates in effect on June 30, 6 2023. 7 EXPLANATION 8 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 9 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 10 This bill provides that for FY 2023-2024, Medicaid 11 reimbursement rates for adult day care providers who provide 12 services to Medicaid waiver recipients shall be increased by 13 3.55 percent over the rates in effect on June 30, 2023. 14 -1- LSB 2421XS (2) 90 pf/rh 1/ 1
