The
date
each
violation

was

shall
be
the
only
dates
considered
in
determining

a
licensee
committed
three
violations
of
this
section

or

543B.34
within
a
three-year
period.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the

the
members

the

This
bill
relates
to
real
estate
license
revocations.

Current
law
provides
that
a
real
estate
broker’s
or
13
salesperson’s
license
shall
be
revoked
for
three
violations
14
of
Code
section
543B.29,
relating
to
license
revocation
or
15
suspension,
or
Code
section
543B.34,
relating
to
investigations
16
and
licensing
sanctions,
within
a
three-year
period.
The
17
bill
provides
that
the
dates
violations
occurred
within
18
the
three-year
period
shall
be
the
only
dates
considered
in
19
determining
whether
the
three-violation
threshold
has
been
met.
