The
department

of
health
and
human
services
shall
compile
and
analyze

information,
data,
scientific
research,
and
other
sources
on

the
negative
effects
of
environmental
contaminants
on
human

fertility
and
the
human
endocrine
system,
with
an
emphasis
6
on
intrauterine
exposure,
and
shall
submit
a
report
to
7
the
governor
and
the
general
assembly
by
February
1,
2024,
8
specifying
the
department’s
findings
and
recommendations
for
9
broad-based
policy
strategies
to
prevent
and
reduce
these
10
negative
effects
through
actions
and
interventions
at
the
11
patient,
health
care
provider,
health
care
institution,
and
12
societal
levels.

bill
requires
the
department
of
health
and
human
