H.F. 2184 Section 1. Section 272C.2, subsection 2, Code 2024, is 1 amended by adding the following new paragraph: 2 NEW PARAGRAPH . h. Allow a licensee to apply ten hours 3 of continuing education credit or the equivalent obtained 4 in excess of the requirements for a renewal period to the 5 continuing education requirements for the following renewal 6 period. 7 EXPLANATION 8 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 9 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 10 This bill requires a licensing board to allow a licensee to 11 apply 10 hours of excess continuing education credit or the 12 equivalent obtained in one renewal period to the next renewal 13 period. 14 -1- LSB 5539YH (2) 90 ss/ko 1/ 1
