is
hereby
authorized
and

requested
to
issue
annually
a
proclamation
designating
the

seventeenth
day
of
August
as
Nonprofit
Recognition
Day
to
honor

the
work
of
nonprofit
organizations
and
their
dedication
to

public
service.

inclusion
of
this

does

constitute
agreement
