INSTRUCTIONAL
SUPPORT
STATE

In

of
the
appropriation
provided
in
section
257.20,

subsection
2,
the
appropriation
for
the
fiscal
year

beginning
July
1,
2021,
and
ending
June
30,
2022,
for
paying
20
instructional
support
state
aid
under
section
257.20
for
the
21
fiscal
year
is
zero.

Sec.
3.
Section
257.35,
Code
2021,
is
amended
by
adding
the

following
new
subsection:

Notwithstanding
subsection
1,

in

to
the
reduction
applicable
pursuant
to

state
aid

requirements
