S.F. _____ H.F. _____ Section 1. OFFICE OF THE CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER. There 1 is appropriated from the general fund of the state to the 2 office of the chief information officer for the fiscal year 3 beginning July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2021, the following 4 amount, or so much thereof as is necessary, to be used for the 5 purposes designated: 6 For implementation of a new state central personnel, 7 accounting, and budget system: 8 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 21,000,000 9 Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated in this 10 section that remain unencumbered or unobligated at the close of 11 the fiscal year shall not revert but shall remain available for 12 expenditure for the purposes designated until the close of the 13 succeeding fiscal year. 14 Sec. 2. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. EFFECTIVE DATE.
