SURVEY.
The
state
board
of
regents
shall
conduct
a
survey

of
all
of
the
employees
of
the
institutions
governed
by
the

state
board
to
determine
the
political
party
affiliations
of
4
all
such
persons,
and
shall
disaggregate
the
survey
results
by
5
job
classification
but
shall
not
list
the
names
of
individual
6
employees,
and
shall
submit
the
results
of
the
survey
to
the
7
general
assembly
by
December
30,
2021.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
directs
the
