1.
The
department
of
education
shall
convene
and
provide

administrative
support
to
a
working
group
that
shall
study
the
4
impact
of
technology
on
the
cognitive
learning
and
academic
5
performance
of
students
enrolled
in
prekindergarten
through
6
grade
six.

2.
Any
expenses
incurred
by
a
member
of
the
working
group
8
shall
be
the
responsibility
of
the
individual
member
or
the
9
respective
entity
represented
by
the
member.

3.
The
working
group
shall
submit
its
findings
and
11
recommendations
to
the
general
assembly
by
December
31,
2022.

This
bill
directs
the
department
of
education

The
bill
requires
the
working
group
to
study
the

impact
of
technology
on
the
cognitive
learning
and
academic

performance
of
students
enrolled
in
prekindergarten
through
20
grade
six
and
provide
a
report
to
the
general
assembly
by
21
December
31,
2022,
detailing
the
working
group’s
findings
and
22
recommendations.
