S.F. 184 Section 1. REPEAL. Chapter 28L, Code 2021, is repealed. 1 EXPLANATION 2 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 3 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 4 This bill repeals the state interagency Missouri river 5 authority. Under current law, the authority consists of 6 representatives from the state executive branch who are 7 tasked with representing the interests of this state with 8 regard to its membership in the Missouri river association of 9 states and tribes, an interstate association of government 10 representatives formed to seek consensus solutions to issues 11 impacting the Missouri river basin.
