RETROACTIVE
APPLICABILITY.
This
Act
applies

retroactively
to
persons
who
applied
to
the
architectural

examining
board
for
licensure
and
who,
on
or
after
June
25,
5
2020,
passed
one
or
more
modules
of
the
architect
registration
6
examination
but
failed
to
pass
the
examination.

EXPLANATION

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
relates
to
applications
for
architectural
11
licensure.
The
bill
strikes
a
provision
that
provides
that
12
a
person
applying
to
the
architectural
examining
board
13
for
architectural
licensure
who
has
passed
a
module
of
the
14
architect
registration
examination
but
failed
to
pass
the
exam
15
shall
not
be
required
to
retake
that
module
in
subsequent
16
examinations.
The
bill
applies
retroactively
to
persons
who
17
applied
to
the
board
for
licensure
and
who,
on
or
after
June
18
25,
2020,
passed
one
or
more
modules
of
the
exam
but
failed
to
19
pass
the
exam.
