S.F. _____ H.F. _____ Section 1. Section 8A.512A, subsection 2, paragraph a, Code 1 2021, is amended to read as follows: 2 a. The electronic travel authorization form is approved by 3 the head of the employee’s department or by the designee of the 4 head of the employee’s department . 5 EXPLANATION 6 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 7 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 8 This bill concerns approval of a claim for reimbursement 9 for executive branch employee travel.
