game,
and
received

an
invitation
to
compete
in
the
National
Collegiate

Athletic
Association
Division
1
women’s
basketball

tournament,
earning
a
No.
5
seed
in
the
River
Walk

region;
and

WHEREAS,
the
team
shared
the
conference
lead
with

nine
players
selected
as
Winter
Academic
All-Big

honorees;
and

WHEREAS,
the
team
finished
the
Big
10
Conference

regular
season
with
the
Freshman
of
the
Year,
Women’s

Basketball

the

the
nation

team

earned
