Section
272D.3,
subsection
3,
Code
2021,
is

amended
to
read
as
follows:

statement
that

twenty
days
of
mailing
of

notice
to
the
person,
the
person
fails
to
contact
the
unit

to
schedule
a
conference,
the
unit
shall
issue
a
certificate

of
noncompliance,
bearing
the
person’s
name

social
security

number,
and
unit
account
number,
and
the
last
four
digits

of
the
person’s
social
security
number,
to
any
appropriate

licensing
authority,
certifying
that
the
obligor
has
an

outstanding
liability

with
the

authority
shall
maintain
records
of

known
address,
and
the
final

digits

each
licensee’s
social
security
number.
The
records

shall
be
made
available
to
the
unit
in
an
electronic
format
in

order
for
the
unit
to
match
the
names
of
the
persons
with
any
22
liability
placed
with
the
unit
for
collection.

This
bill
concerns
Code
chapter
272D
relating
to
certain

sanctions

of
revenue
for
collection.

Code
section
272D.8
is
amended
to
strike
the
requirement

that
records
of
licensees
maintained
by
a
licensing
authority

include
the
licensees’
full
social
security
number
and
requires

such
records
to
include
the
final
four
digits
of
the
licensees’

social
security
number.
The
Code
section
requires
that
the

records
be

available
to
the

of
revenue
