a
law

this
state
shall
be
invalid
in

this
state,
shall
not
be
recognized
by
this
state,
shall
be

specifically
rejected
by
this
state,
and
shall
have
no
effect

in
this
state.

EXPLANATION

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
voids
certain
federal
actions
by
the
United
States

army
corps
of
engineers
and
the
United
States
department
of

interior.
Specifically,
the
bill
provides
that
all
actions
or
14
proposed
actions
of
the
United
States
army
corps
of
engineers

or
the
United
States
department
of
interior
or
an
office
within
16
the
department
of
interior
that
are
inconsistent
with
a
law
17
of
this
state
shall
be
invalid
in
this
state,
shall
not
be

recognized
by
this
state,
shall
be
specifically
rejected
by

this
state,
and
shall
have
no
effect
in
this
state.
