is

amended
by
adding
the
following
new
paragraph:

The
prohibition
on
the
exposure
of
the

female
breast
of
any
person
employed
by

or
who
patronizes
the
public
accommodation.

subsection

is
amended
to
read
as
follows:

An
owner,
manager,
or
person
who
exercises
direct
control

over
a
place
of
business
required
to
obtain
a
sales
tax
permit
,

or
an
owner,
manager,
or
person
who
exercises
direct
control

of
a
public
accommodation
as
defined
in
section
216.2,
shall
11
be
guilty
of
a
serious
misdemeanor
under
any
of
the
following

circumstances:

such
person
allows
or
permits
any
person
to
remain
in

or
upon
the
place
of
business
who
exposes
to
public
view
the

pubic
hair,
female
breast
nipple,
or
anus.

The
inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

the
explanation’s
substance
by
the
members
of
the
general
assembly.

This
bill
relates
to
public
indecent
exposure
in
certain
22
establishments.
23
The
bill
provides
that
it
shall
not
be
an
unfair
or
24
discriminatory
practice
for
an
owner,
lessee,
sublessee,
25
proprietor,
manager,
or
superintendent
of
any
public
26
accommodation
or
any
agent
or
employee
thereof
to
prohibit
the
27
exposure
of
the
genitals
or
buttocks
or
female
breast
of
any
28
person
employed
by
or
who
patronizes
the
public
accommodation.

The
bill
provides
that
an
owner,
manager,
or
person
who
30
exercises
direct
control
over
a
place
of
business
required
to
31
obtain
a
sales
tax
permit,
or
an
owner,
manager,
or
person
who
32
exercises
direct
control
of
a
public
accommodation
as
defined
33
in
Code
section
216.2,
shall
be
guilty
of
a
serious
misdemeanor

if
such
person
allows
or

misdemeanor
is
punishable
by
confinement
for
no

more
than
one
year
and
a
fine
of
at
least
$430
but
not
more
than
