rental

automatic

a

marking
device,

optical

voting
system

the
state
or
a
political
subdivision

of
the
state
entered
into
on,
before,
or
after
the
effective

date
of
this
Act
shall
not
limit
the
ability
of
an
elected

official
acting
in
the
elected
official’s
official
capacity

to
access
information
on,
investigate,
or
audit
the
automatic
9
tabulating
equipment,
ballot
marking
device,
or
optical
scan

voting
system.
