H.F. 2046 Section 1. NEW SECTION . 49.106 Records preserved. 1 At the conclusion of each election, the state commissioner 2 of elections shall create a record containing all information 3 in the statewide voter registration database at the time of 4 the election for each voter who voted in the election. The 5 state commissioner of elections shall maintain this record for 6 twenty-two months. 7 EXPLANATION 8 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 9 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 10 This bill requires the state commissioner of elections to 11 create a record containing all information in the statewide 12 voter registration database at the time of an election for each 13 voter who voted in that election.
