As
used
in
this
section,
“multi-burst
trigger
activator”

means
a
device
designed
or
redesigned
to
be
attached
to
a

semi-automatic
firearm
that
enables
a
firearm
to
discharge

two
or
more
shots
in
a
burst
by
activating
the
device,
or
a
6
manual
or
power-driven
trigger
activating
device
constructed
7
or
designed
to
increase
the
rate
of
fire
of
a
semi-automatic
8
firearm
when
attached.
A
multi-burst
trigger
activator

includes
firearm
accessories,
parts,
and
a
combination
of
parts
10
that
significantly
increase
a
semi-automatic
firearm’s
rate
11
of
fire
beyond
the
standard
rate
of
fire
for
a
semi-automatic

firearm.

2.
A
person
shall
not
manufacture,
possess,
ship,

transport,
or
receive
a
multi-burst
trigger
activator.

A
person
who
violates
subsection
2
commits
a
class
“D”

felony.

prohibits
the
manufacture,
possession,
shipment,

bill
defines
a
multi-burst
trigger
activator
to

mean
a
device
designed
or
redesigned
to
be
attached
to
a

semi-automatic
firearm
that
enables
a
firearm

or
more
shots
in
a
burst
by
activating
the
device,
or
a

manual
or
power-driven
trigger
activating
device
constructed

or
designed
to
increase
the
rate
of
fire
of
a

when

multi-burst

includes
firearm
