S.F. _____ Section 1. DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES LOCAL OFFICE 1 RECORDS —— DIGITIZATION. The department of human services 2 shall implement a process to provide that by July 1, 2024, 3 all records maintained at department of human services local 4 offices in each service area are digitized. The department 5 shall submit a progress report to the governor and the general 6 assembly annually by December 21, until full digitization is 7 achieved. 8 EXPLANATION 9 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 10 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 11 This bill requires the department of human services (DHS) 12 to implement a process to provide that by July 1, 2024, all 13 records maintained at DHS local offices in each service area 14 are digitized.
