available

a
person

subject
of
a
nonviolent
sexual
advance
who
causes

death

another
person
pursuant
to
section
707.2,
707.3,

707.4,
or
707.5,
solely
as
the
result
of
that
sexual
advance
or

solely
as
the
result
of
the
person’s
discovery
of,
knowledge

about,
or
potential
disclosure
of
the
victim’s
sex,
sexual

orientation,
or
gender
identity.

inclusion
of
this
explanation
does
not
constitute
agreement
with

bill
specifies
that
a
defense
of
justification
is
not
