remain
unencumbered

fiscal

revert

EFFECTIVE
DATE.
The

agreement
with

This
bill
appropriates
moneys
from
the
general
fund
of
the
16
state
for
FY
2019-2020
to
the
economic
development
authority
17
for
allocation
to
the
Iowa
commission
on
volunteer
service
18
to
establish
a
volunteer
mentor
program;
to
the
department
19
of
workforce
development
for
a
summer
youth
intern
pilot
20
program,
a
future
ready
Iowa
coordinator,
and
the
Iowa
employer
21
innovation
fund;
to
the
college
student
aid
commission
for
the
22
future
ready
Iowa
skilled
workforce
last-dollar
scholarship
23
fund,
the
future
ready
Iowa
skilled
workforce
grant
fund,
and
24
the
administration
of
the
programs;
and
to
the
department
of
25
education
for
a
statewide
clearinghouse
to
expand
work-based
26
learning
and
a
program
for
postsecondary
summer
classes
for
27
high
school
students.

The
bill
also
provides
that
a
2018
appropriation
made
to
the
29
department
of
education
for
a
program
for
postsecondary
summer
30
classes
for
high
school
students
shall
not
revert
but
shall
31
remain
available
for
expenditure
for
the
following
fiscal
year.

This
provision
of
the
bill
takes
effect
upon
enactment.
