H.F. 2369 Section 1. Section 483A.24, Code 2020, is amended by adding 1 the following new subsection: 2 NEW SUBSECTION . 19. Upon payment of a fee established by 3 rules adopted pursuant to section 483A.1 for a lifetime trout 4 fishing license, the department shall issue a lifetime trout 5 fishing license to a person who is at least sixty-five years of 6 age. The department shall prepare an application to be used by 7 a person requesting a lifetime trout fishing license under this 8 subsection. 9 EXPLANATION 10 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 11 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 12 This bill creates a lifetime trout fishing license available 13 for purchase to a person who is at least 65 years old.
