“Salon”

a
fixed
establishment
or
place

an

that

readily
movable,
which
either
operates

to
three
consecutive
days
at
one
location
or
returns
to
a

home
base
of
operation
at
the
end
of
each
day,
where
one
or

more
persons
engage
in
the
practice
of
cosmetology
arts
and

sciences,
including,
but
not
limited
to,
a
retail
establishment

where
cosmetologists
engage
in
the
practice
of
cosmetology
arts
9
and
sciences.

amended

as
